The license
Inkolia is licensed to you, not sold, under Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. That agreement is the contract; this page explains how Inkolia Plus works within it and adds the promises below, which are binding on us.
Inkolia Plus
Inkolia Plus is one entitlement with three ways to pay: a yearly subscription, a monthly subscription, or a one-time lifetime purchase. Sticker packs can also be bought one at a time without Plus; every pack is included in Plus.
- Subscriptions renew automatically through your Apple Account until you cancel. Cancel at any time in iPadOS Settings ▸ Apple Account ▸ Subscriptions, or from Inkolia's Settings ▸ Inkolia Plus ▸ Manage Subscription. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep Plus until the end of the period you paid for.
- Lifetime and sticker packs are one-time purchases tied to your Apple Account. Restore Purchases in Inkolia brings them back on a new iPad or after a reinstall.
- Family Sharing is on for every Inkolia purchase.
- The free trial: for 14 days after you first open Inkolia, everything in Plus is unlocked. No card, no account, and nothing renews. When it ends, the app returns to the free tier and everything you made stays yours and editable.
Our promises
- Prices never rise for existing subscribers. The price you subscribed at is the price you keep.
- The free app never shrinks. Nothing that is free today becomes paid for people who already have it.
- Your notes are never locked. No tier, lapse or trial ending ever makes a note, board or PDF read-only.
Tier names (Free, Inkolia Plus) stay stable for at least two years from launch. Launch offers, when we run them, are real: the Founders lifetime price is the only discount on the lifetime purchase, it ends on the date announced in the app, and the regular price never comes back down.
Refunds
Purchases are made through the App Store, and refunds are decided by Apple under its policies. Inkolia's Settings ▸ Inkolia Plus ▸ Purchase Help lists your recent purchases and opens Apple's refund request. We cannot issue refunds ourselves.
Your content
Everything you create in Inkolia is yours. We claim no rights to it, we never see it, and you can export it (PDF, Markdown, the share sheet) at any time. See the privacy policy for what the app does and does not collect.
Changes
If these terms change, the new version is published here with a new effective date, and the app links to it. The three promises above do not change.
